Information For Secondary Students

Did you know that every day that you attend the Hospital School you will be marked as 'present' on our Roll? If you are a long term or Day Student your attendance will be sent to your home school every fortnight. So you won't be marked as 'absent' even when you're in hospital!

We cater for most subjects for Years 7 -12 with a range of resources such as text and reference books. Laptops and the internet are also available to you.

If you are going to be in hospital for an extended period of time, or are part of our Day Student program, we will contact your home school to ensure that your educational program is the same as your classmates. If you have assessment tasks to complete our teachers will be able to support you with resources and tuition. We also have a large range of recreational activities, library books and craft activities for when you want to relax.

Should you be in hospital during your School Certificate or HSC years we can give you the support you need.
